The writ of habeas corpus (burden of proof, basically) no longer applies to those deemed by a military tribunal, formed and appointed by president or secretary of defense, to be enemies or foreign hostiles. How are they proved to be "enemies or foreign hostiles", one might ask. See above; the writ of habeas corpus no longer applies..
In other words, you can be sentenced or held indefinitely, without stated cause, if you are declared a threat to security; and once you are, no proof need be given.

I wish I were exaggerating, or taking the alarmist position. This is real, this is now.

I'll be holding a funeral for the constitution in my back yard. Unless I'm wrongly imprisoned before then..
